Legal 500 firm in Milton Keynes hiring Solicitor to manage own caseload of Commercial Property matters as an Associate/Director within this strongly performing department.

The services they provide have been rated within the Legal 500 and range from Banking and Finance to Private Client and Wealth Management. They pride themselves on always keeping the client informed and communicating in plain English whilst treating each client as an individual. Currently undergoing a period of growth, they are seeking to add to their team an experienced Commercial Property Associate/Director for the Milton Keynes office.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to manage their own caseload of Commercial Property matters and work as an Associate/Director at this thriving firm. Your duties will be varied and may include: acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial land and property; retail property; commercial leases; landlord and tenant matters; property portfolio management and; development finance. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property matters.
It would be advantageous to possess a following of clients.
Client care and communication skills will be key strengths.
You will be technically adept.
The successful Commercial Property Associate/Director will take a proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
