My client is a long established, full service central London firm and is looking to add an additional partner into its real estate team to lead and grow the existing offering.
The firm has witnessed significant growth over the past three years and as part of the next stage of evolution, needs a lead individual to drive the development of the real estate team, with a mid term view to succession into the equity.
Numbering well over 100 employees the firm provides a meritocratic, non chargeable hours culture, with excellent support from the existing management structure and complimentary practice areas including good cross border work.
A following is required and my client will consider a partner plus one/two or a team move.
