Our Legal 500 and LEXCEL accredited client has an excellent reputation for the services they provide. The firm is dedicated to expansion and over recent years has been significantly investing in its offices and its technology. As a result of this expansion, the firm is now looking for a passionate Child Care Solicitor to join the Family department in Coventry.

A full and varied caseload awaits the successful candidate, including adoption, care proceedings, special guardianship, child arrangement orders and some child abduction work. The firm also works with a range of clients, including both private and legal aid work, making this a really great opportunity for an individual who can handle a full range of Child Care matters and is committed to providing the best service to clients of all backgrounds. Children Panel Membership would be beneficial for this role.

The department has a great working environment and the team is close-knit, meaning you will be joining a strong and supportive team. A like-minded and hardworking individual, who has the necessary empathy and emotional intelligence, would be a well-suited match for this role.

Our client envisages the successful solicitor to have 3+ years PQE in Family Law, including substantial experience in Child Care. While not essential, being a Children Panel Member would also be beneficial for this role. However, more important than exact PQE levels is a willingness to demonstrate technical ability and the enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality service to all clients. Therefore, our client would be happy to consider applications from candidates who fall outside of this bracket, but can show the relevant skillset and passion necessary for the role.
