The London office of a forward thinking, leading US firm is looking to hire an impressive Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets Associate. This is a fantastic chance to get exposure to high quality, cross border legal work whilst also enjoying excellent growth opportunities and a high calibre, competitive yet friendly environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating transaction closings;
- Negotiating leveraged finance and debt capital markets transaction documents; and
- Assisting with disclosure and due diligence.
The ideal Leveraged finance Associate have excellent academics and a solid experience from a highly regarded law firm or financial institution. Ideally you will be UK qualified and 2 - 5 years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from other levels.
