Childcare Solicitor

Childcare Solicitor required to join a local authority based in Bedfordshire for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to work within a small, friendly Childcare team within a local authority which is easily accessible.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will primarily be running their own caseload of childcare matters including but not limited to;

• Care Cases
• Adoption
• Special Guardianship Proceedings

Childcare Lawyers with local authority or private practice experience are encouraged to apply for this role, although previous experience of managing a childcare caseload is essential.
