A Deputy Head of Litigation is required to join an ambitious legal organisation based in Kent. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting, newly-created legal practice as a deputy head of department.

We are acting on behalf of a newly created legal practice which is pioneering a new way of working. The executive team have transferred their vast experience, and selected high-calibre staff to create a successful organisation with an established workforce consisting of over 50 fee-earners.

They are now seeking a career minded solicitor to join them as the Deputy Head of Litigation, to work closely with the Head of Litigation, with genuine opportunities to put your own stamp on things. This is a position with various elements to it, suited only to all-rounders who are hungry for success.

About the role
The Deputy Head of Litigation will enjoy a varied workload, of which business development will be a crucial part of the role, as will carrying a caseload of extremely high-quality commercial work.
