Key responsibilities:
- Review legal and compliance regulatory framework
- Update policies and procedures
- Identify compliance risks
- Drive a legal and compliance culture in the wider organisation
- Provide legal and compliance training specifically in the Energy sector
Essential Requirements:
- Must be 8+ PQE
- Must have worked at a top international law firm
- Must have experience in corporate compliance
- Must have experience in the Energy sector (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Must have experience identifying ethics & compliance risk
- Must be based in the region
- Ideally be fully bilingual in English & Arabic
- Ideally be qualified in a Western jurisdiction
