Risk and Compliance Assistant
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Compliance Assistant to join a fantastic Liverpool based law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the busy business acceptance team dealing with the day to day duties in respect of the firms Client and Matthew Inception processes. You will be required to have due diligence and/or conflict analysis experience preferably from a law firm or within professional services.
This role would suit someone who is currently working within a business acceptance / risk and compliance assistant / commercial paralegal / conflict analyst role.
The role is due to expansion, the firm offer a competitive salary banding plus a long list of excellent benefits.
You will be undertaking client due diligence checks, assessing the risk profile of new and existing clients and exculpating issues, carrying out conflict searches and providing advice at partner level.
