COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
My client, a Legal 500 recommended West End firm, is looking to expand its highly regarded Real estate practice with the hire of an impressive Commercial Property Solicitor. With an excellent partner to solicitor ratio, you will be joining a leading team whilst also benefiting from the continued support and mentoring of the senior members of the team.
You will be advising a fantastic client base, including developers; investors; and high net worth individuals, on all aspects of real estate. Although predominantly commercially focused, there will also be the opportunity to advise on residential property matters.
You will have excellent academics and a solid experience from a reputable firm or Real Estate practice. Ideally you will be 2+ years' PQE, however consideration will be given to exceptional candidates from other levels. As this role is for a Commercial Property Solicitor, knowledge or experience of residential property is desirable, but not essential.
