They are currently seeking several Claimant Personal Injury Paralegals to join their ever-growing team in Bristol.

Your new role

As a claimant personal injury paralegal, you will be managing your own caseload of PI cases, pursuing claims through pre and post-litigated stages. You will be communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors. This role will be for RTA cases and you will be progressing the case from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience of handling claimant personal injury cases will be desirable, especially in the motor sector. You will have working knowledge of MOJ Portal processes and have experience using a CMS. You will have the ability to analyse and research legal issues. A law degree or CILEx qualification is desirable.
