Projects Administrator – c£25,000
An award winning Law Firm in London is looking for a Programme Assistant to support the Head of Projects and projects team. This is a varied busy role for a Graduate with an interest in change management and experience within a professional services organisation (ideally legal). They’re looking for a highly motivated, intelligent administrator to support the roll out of projects, managing logistics, scheduling meetings, attending project meetings, taking notes and maintain a project diary. Furthermore you will work with the Head of Projects producing meeting documents, draft email communications, intranet updates , help with the creation of new templates, managing the Head of Projects diary and further administrative duties. They need a bright Graduate who is proficient with Microsoft packages and has strong organisational skills.
