My client is a Lexcel and Law Society law firm based in the Humberside, they have build a solid reputation based on decades of practice. They are looking to grow the team further by adding a experienced Solicitor to the ranks.
The Role;
You will be responsible for a pre-existing caseload of Residential Matters, you will conduct a varied caseload that will include but not limited to;
*Freehold and Leasehold Purchase and Sales
*Re-mortgage equity release transactions
*Transfer of equity
*Purchase of freehold reversions
*Land Purchase
The candidate
You will be an experienced solicitor ideally with a minimum of 2 years PQE long with thorough working knowledge and experience of commercial property transactions. You should be able to act confidently for a range of commercial clients, have good interpersonal and organisational skills, good risk management skills, complying with regulatory requirements such as money laundering and data protection
