My Client is a top tier Investment Bank looking to hire a Debt Capital Market Lawyer on a permanent basis.
This role is to provide legal advice and support to the Capital Markets business teams in Europe at every phase of transactions for clients in the debt securities markets - from the origination and structuring through to execution and marketing of such transactions. The role spans capital markets transactions as well as bond issuance and liability management exercises in the investment grade space.
A strong candidate should have experience from a top city law firm or financial institution and demonstrated responsibility for, a range of capital markets transactions
