My client who is a well respected and established law firm based in the heart of Leeds city centre. They are currently looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their residential property team.

The role

As a fee earner you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Help to Buy
• New build (purchase and sale)
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Mortgages/Re-mortgages

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer and will have managed a caseload of you own. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. Excellent client care and a willingness to Network are essential for the role
