A leading practice is now seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer in the Southbourne area.

Our client is a well-established practice which provides a wide range of services to businesses and individuals from their office based in the South of England. They have built a team of dedicated lawyers and support staff, who endeavour to deliver high quality, cost-effective advice in a friendly and personalised manner to their diverse clientele. Highly regarded in their local communities, they have a loyal and growing client base, they require a Dispute Resolution Lawyer on a full-time basis.
The Role
We are now seeking Dispute Resolution Lawyer for our clients’ busy and fast growing department in the Southbourne area. Working alongside senior fee earners, you will have a proactive approach to your work, handling your working to meet key deadlines. This is a unique opportunity suited to qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE. Undertaking a varied caseload under minimal supervision, your duties may include: landlord and tenant issues; boundary disputes; breach of contracts; issuing Court claims; debt recovery; professional negligence and; conduction Advocacy. Demonstrating good negotiating skills, the successful Lawyer will be IT literate who is willing contribute to the progress of the firm by actively participating in business development, marketing and networking initiatives.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE;
Strong knowledge of Commercial Litigation is essential;
Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Strong negotiation skills would be preferred;
Work well on own initiative and as part of a team;
Client focused and good organisational skills;
Active participation in business development, networking, and marketing initiatives would be desirable;
Previous experience supervising other team members is advantageous.
