A superb opportunity for a motivated Practice Manager to join a firm of lawyers who specialise in making commercial and residential property transactions. Their main client base are individuals, businesses, charities, banks, property investors and developers whom they provide expert, clear and precise advice on all property issues. Our client is looking for a Practice Manaer with a stong legal and commercial acumen to become an integral member to their team. The ideal Practice Manager will possess the skills to work around problems and deliver results. The role will involve the successful Practice Manager to deal with HR matters, oversee the financial mangement of the practice as well as property and facilities matters. The successful Practice Manager will need to have the skills to undertake a wide range of responsibilities and to work with the Directors, Head of Accounts, Office Manager and IT Manager in the management and development of the firm. The ideal Practice Manager will possess experience of general practice management, financial management experience and HR experience. My client is looking for a self-motivated Practice Manager with the ability to be proactive and thrive within a busy environment. The ideal Practice Manager for this role will have experience and knowledge of Practice management, Human Resources , SRA, Quality standards, statutory compliance along with being confident in being involved in the development and marketing of the business, administering advertising campaigns and events and identifying opportunities to promote the firm within the local community and targeted client sectors.
