The reputed corporate/commercial team deal with a broad range of clients from SME's to international giants and are ranked in the top tier for Corporate matters in the South West.
They assist their clients with a range of matters from start up to financing, mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructuring and winding up. They also advise on commercial contracts, complex outsourcing and service level agreements, franchising, fundraising, sponsorship, agency, procurement and supply arrangements.
