Insolvency Solicitor NQ - 2 PQE

A leading Legal 500 firm is looking for a Insolvency Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE to join their expanding team in Leeds.

The firm have a large corporate recovery team that deal with a wide variety of non-contentious and contentious corporate and personal insolvency work. This will involve the full breadth of insolvency work including drafting and negotiating sale agreements, disposal of company assets and investigations of Directors, acting for LPA Receivers, and defending director disqualification proceedings and much more. Whilst being given the opportunity to get an active role in business development.

The ideal person will be either Newly Qualified with at least 6 months experience in Insolvency to 3 years' experience, and have a keen interest in corporate recovery. This opportunity will give you lots of scope to progress you career alongside a number of thought leaders in this field that are mentioned in the Legal 500.
