Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex Commercial Property matters as part of a busy team. The Council are looking for someone with experience in handling licenses, leases and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will come from a local authority background, although this is not essential as long as a good knowledge of public property law is held.

The office is well located, situated within walking distance from public transport links, making this Council easily commutable from throughout London.
