Your new role

This clinical negligence role will see you handle a breadth of high quality medical negligence work. This will include interviewing witnesses, instructing experts and Counsel, negotiating settlements as well as preparing for and attending trial. The role offers agile and part-time working.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a clinical negligence lawyer with 3+ pqe who has good technical experience and the ability to provide a high quality service to the firm's well established clients. Ideally you will have gained defendant experience but applications are also most welcome from high quality claimant clinical negligence lawyers.
