Your new role

This real estate litigation role will see you handle an interesting mix of property litigation matters. This will include property litigation coming out of development agreements as well as providing risk assessment advice for clients on a range of property matters.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a property litigation lawyer with 2+ years' pqe. You should have good technical skills and be looking to take your career forward in a progressive environment where there is a mix of challenging and interesting work. Applications are also invited from commercial litigation lawyers who have had some exposure to property litigation and are committed to specialising in real estate litigation.
