Family Solicitor

Our client, a traditional law firm with a modern outlook are seeking to appoint a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years PQE to join their office located in Birkenhead.

The role will involve handling a caseload of Family matters from Instruction to Conclusion and will include; Matrimonial Finance, Children, Divorce and Separation Agreements. As this is a senior role, you will also be involved in assisting other solicitors, fee earners, paralegals and other staff with any queries.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Family Solicitor with (5-10 Years PQE) and ideally possess supervisory/ management experience. Additionally, you will be comfortable taking on a leadership role and working under minimal supervision.
