The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor for a highly regarded department based in Chelmsford. Acting for both claimants and defendants from initial instruction to resolution and assisting senior members of the team with their workload as required, the successful Solicitor can expect a varied and complex caseload to include: professional negligence; shareholder and partnership disputes; insolvency; contentious probate; property litigation and; consumer rights.

Additionally, the successful Solicitor will make a positive contribution to the firms marketing and networking initiatives, building long-lasting client relationships and promote the services of the department to generate referrals. The Candidate
Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitor with solid experience in all aspects of dispute resolution including litigation;
Technically proficient and commercially aware;
Possess excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, jargon-free language;
Has a consistently strong academic record;
Highly organised, able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own Initiative;
Demonstrates an aptitude for marketing and networking.
