A fast growing lottery company based in Gibraltar are currently looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join the small legal department and primarily provide advice on a broad range of Commercial and Intellectual Property matters
Reporting into the General Counsel and Company Secretary you will be required to draft, negotiate and review a variety of commercial agreements, including:
- NDA’s/confidentiality agreements;
- Software agreements;
- Business terms and conditions;
- Game content and licensing agreements;
- Data processing agreements;
- Consultancy and agency agreements;
- Letters of intent,
- Heads of terms;
- Service and supply agreements;
To be considered for this role candidates will need to be a strong Commercial/IP lawyer with experienced gained at either a top tier private practice firm or In-house. Experience within the technology or gaming sector is preferable but not required as is any language skills (German in particular).
