Conveyancing Fee Earner - Pontypridd

A well regarded local firm is looking to increase the size of its successful conveyancing team by taking on an experienced fee earner in their Pontypridd Office.

They are looking for a competent Conveyancer / Fee Earner with a minimum of 12 months fee earning experience. You will have the capability and confidence to deal with residential property transactions from file opening to completion. You will deal with a breadth of subject matter including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, mortgage legal work, assents and transfers of equity and unregistered title/first registration work.

Your experience should ideally cover all of the above along with efficient case management and the ability to handle your caseload without support and little supervision.
