Our client has enjoyed significant growth in recent years including within their commercial property team in Bristol which comprises part of a much wider team across all of their offices.

THE ROLE:
Our client's large and well respected commercial property team in Bristol are looking for a Solicitor to work across all areas of commercial property law, providing practical holistic solutions.

Primarily you will be dealing with: -

• portfolio management;
• acquisition and disposal issues;
• secured lending for a variety of national and local investment and occupational companies;
• development work.

This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and complex work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set. Our client will support and encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors.

ABOUT YOU:

You will be a qualified solicitor with between 0-5 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.

You will be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others. You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development within this team.
