Banking & Finance Paralegal

Our client is a well-known and highly respected City firm with an impressive roster of international blue-chip clients and excellent reputation for providing full service commercial advice. Our client is looking for a paralegal to assist with coordinating the launch of new hedge funds for a major client. You will help manage on-going negotiations and legal issues following each launch, as well as implementing regulatory driven changes and on-going matters. You will also work closely with one of the partners and a team of solicitors in the group to assist with trade and financing negotiations. This paralegal role is highly visible and you will be in daily contact with the client, hedge fund managers, and brokers across the world’s leading financial centres. You must have excellent academics (LPC / BPTC; 1st; AAA) and previous City experience. Our client would also be interested in people with a training contract to start circa 18 months.
