Commercial Property Solicitor - Oldham - Work/Life Balance

Opportunity for a Junior - Mid level Solicitor to join this regional practice and deal with a mix of Commercial Property work within a small but strong team. Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor and fall within the 2 - 5 Years PQE bracket however experience Legal Executives & non qualified Fee Earners will also be considered.

Ideally you will be used to dealing with clients on national scale however lots of work is generated from the area with many clients coming from local clients in the Tameside, Oldham and Manchester region.

Work will be varied and be a mix of acquisitions & disposals, sales & purchase, developments, site assembly and portfolio management. The client base is predominantly made up of retail and industrial sectors as well as dealing with office blocks, business parks and mixed use commercial properties.

At this firm you will be able to strike a balance between a high quality of work and more acceptable working lifestyle as, unlike the larger city centre practices, you will be able to work in a 9 - 5 pattern and not be expected to work into the long hours.

Business development and client contact is a key feature for this firm, so any experience of generating new business (no matter how small or large) will prove beneficial, this however is not an essential requirement and you will be allowed to develop your commercial acumen should you not already have experience of this.
