Fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the Aberdeen team of this top tier Scottish Law firm. 
 
The role will involve providing ongoing corporate and commercial advice to a wide range of clients. You will be involved in a wide range of complex and high value M&A and PE related M&A transactions, including advising owners and management.
 
You will be actively involved in advising on governance, MBOs, joint ventures, property-based investment work and corporate re-organisations.
 
The successful candidate shall advise clients on corporate governance issues, such as director's conflict of interest, trading issues, board composition and shareholder relations.
 
You should possess excellent experience in dealing with complex corporate issues. You should work effectively with other team members and be able to supervise the work of those less qualified. You will communicate in a confident, clear and relaxed way.
