This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to join a leading international company. The commercial property team is small so you would be working closely with the Legal Services Manager and Solicitor on high quality work.
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Client Details
Our client is a leading international retailer with over 1300 stores in 16 countries.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting renewal leases
- Preparing lease renewal reports
- Preparing and issuing Part 8 claims
- Lodging Land Registry applications
- Preparing Section 26 Notices
- Dealing with Section 25 Notices
- Assisting senior members of the team generally
Profile
The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months experience within a commercial property team.
