Legal Administration Assistant
Leeds
Permanent, Full Time
Up to £23,000 PA
Interlink recruitment are currently looking for an Administration assistant/Secretary to join a leading Leeds City law firm.
Job Role:
- You will provide secretarial and admin support to the Leeds office (currently consisting of 3 Partners, 3 Solicitors and 2 Paralegals).
- filing, photocopying, monitoring post, archiving.
- Audio and copy typing and document processing.
- Diary management for the partners and solicitors.
- Receiving phone calls from clients; routing them or taking messages as appropriate, liaising with external clients.
- Producing bills and dealing with invoices.
Requirements needed:
- High attention to detail
- A typing speed of +60wpm
- Legal secretarial experience.
- Experienced in both audio and copy typing.
- Understanding of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
