Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer
This multinational law firm are ranked as one of the largest in the world and the premier firm in the MENA region. As one of the first international firms to enter into the region, they are well-placed to provide dynamic, strategic advice to both domestic and global clients.
The firm are seeking a mid-level corporate lawyer to join their Dubai office, working alongside leading lawyers in the jurisdiction and with a clear focus on associate development. You will be working for global corporate, financial institutions including sovereign wealth funds, government bodies, regional families, and local corporates.
The team covers work ranging from M&A to IPO's and joint ventures and so they are seeking someone with a broad corporate background. The firm have placed emphasis on those who are qualified in a common-law jurisdiction, and have prior experience in the UAE.
Requirements:
- 2-6 PQE
- Arabic language skills would be beneficial
- Broad corporate background
- UAE experience
