Senior Bid Executive (Corporate Projects)

This global heavyweight law firm has grown significantly with a real emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region. The marketing and business development function enjoys a great culture as well as a creative approach and is going through a period of expansion under new direction. 

In this Senior Bid Executive role you will be aligned to the corporate projects team which includes energy and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Being involved in a range of bids including complex and international bids;

·         Project managing bids and proposals from beginning to end;

·         Playing an advisory role on bid strategy, including bid/no bid decisions, coaching on dress rehearsals and collating bid feedback;

·         Maintaining the bid library, analyse bid success and work on bid templates; and

·         Improving bid process, best practice and efficiencies.

You will have experience of working in a bid management role in either professional services or a b2b environment.  Those with experience in an engineering or construction role are particularly welcome to apply. You will have excellent written skills and good attention to detail. You will be bright and credible with the ability to influence and persuade.
