Now looking to expand its office in Rugby, the firm is hiring a Children Lawyer.
The Role
We are now seeking a Childcare Lawyer for our client’s busy department in Rugby, Warwickshire. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal who has a minimum of two years’ experience in a reputable department. Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will be proactive, handling a diverse caseload under minimum supervision. Your matters will include: representing parents, adoption; care proceedings; child arrangement orders and; conducting advocacy. Successful candidates will possess first class client skills and actively participate in business development and networking initiatives for the development of the firm. A client following would be desirable, but not essential to the role.

The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with a minimum of two years PQE;
Solid expertise in Childcare matters is essential;
Possess first class client care;

Have a detail-oriented approach to your work;
Comfortable conducting own advocacy.
