Personal Injury Litigation Executive.
A new challenge awaits for candidates with personal injury experience.
This established client are expanding their claimant personal injury team and searching for an experienced personal injury litigation executive in Bristol.
Excellent opportunity to join a busy department and handle fast track RTA, EL & PL personal injury claims, usually outside of the MOJ portal process. (However experience of the MOJ portal is necessary).
Up to 25% of your caseload will be litigated and you will progress your matters in a timely manner, establishing liability and causation, and ultimately obtaining compensation for your client.
To apply for this Bristol-based role you should have at least one years experience running your own claimant personal injury case load. You should have used a case management system previously, and be used to giving exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualified or non qualified candidates with claimant personal injury experience are encouraged to apply.
In return for your expertise you will be rewarded with a excellent salary up to £30k. Other benefits include parking space, gym membership & pension scheme.
