This international investment bank are looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their Asset Finance Group based in Reading.
Supporting a range of product lines, you will:
- negotiate and prepare transactional and contractual documentation (HP, PCP, lease and loan financing agreements, term sheets, security documents, etc)
- identify legal risks
- manage external counsel
- get involved in project work and new initiatives
- advise on regulatory requirements
You will have trained at a City/top national firm and have gained a minimum of 3 years' experience in asset finance. CCA and FCA regulatory knowledge is advantageous.
