Transactional Real Estate/Corporate Lawyer (m/f)
to be based in their Headquarters in Switzerland. You will be part of an international legal team and will be responsible for providing legal support to the development function for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. You will support different types of transactions and acquisitions. The role will also encompass legal matters relating to existing contractual relationships and owned real estate assets within the same geographical region, including existing management relationships and joint venture partnerships.
You are a common or civil law qualified lawyer who has worked in a top level law firm or internationally operating company for at least 3 years and have experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex transactions as well as expertise in commercial real estate or general corporate law. Experience in cross-border transactions in the hospitality sector is a plus, but not required. You will have outstanding business acumen and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to work with business managers from different cultural backgrounds and are a very good team player. You are able to deliver innovative and practical solutions to legal and transactional obstacles under tight deadlines.
