Legal Counsel - Fintech

UK based leader in the payments sector is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their busy team based in Hertfordshire on a maternity cover contract until August 2019.

You will be responsible for:

- drafting contracts including IT agreements and supplier contracts

- acting a point of contact for their retail and utilities customer base, negotiating variation of terms, amendments and renewals

- general legal advisory covering IP, DP, and dispute resolution

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified lawyer, NQ-4 years PQE as a guide. You will be able to demonstrate experience drafting commercial contracts and being able to work effectively in a team based environment.
