12 Month FTC, Talent Resourcing Advisor at International Law Firm to £45,000

An award winning international law firm is looking to recruit a new Talent Resourcing Advisor to join the London office on an initial 12-month FTC, managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle of Business Services roles.  Responsibilities will include establishing the business case for the hire, agreeing the job specification for the role, preparing job descriptions with recruiting partners and managers, drafting and placing adverts, ensuring appropriate use of social media to source candidates, briefing agencies on positions, managing PSL and non-PSL agency relationships, filtering applications and preparing shortlists for partner review, interviewing candidates and conducting candidate assessments, managing the feedback and offer processes with key stakeholders, screening CVs, managing the administration processes for those joining the firm and any other duties when required.  Candidates must have previous legal or professional services experience, excellent written and communication skills and interviewing experience.  Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (preferably CV Mail) would also be advantageous.
