The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a pro-active and ambitious Family and Children Lawyer to join a specialist team based in Nottingham. With solid experience in all aspects of financial and children matters, the successful Lawyer will manage a complex caseload, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: the division of divorce assets; child maintenance; financial aspects of separation; child arrangements; special guardianship; care proceedings and; conducting advocacy in the County Court. Our client is particularly keen to hear from Solicitors or Legal Executives who are members of the Children Panel, however this is not a pre-requisite for application. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient with experience in both financial relief and children matters;
Children Panel Membership is highly desirable but not essential;
You will possess outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will be highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
