An experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive is sought to join this long-established firm on the Warwickshire/Worcestershire boarder which is recognised in the legal directories for its work across a number of area of law.
You will take over an established residential property caseload and will continue to provide a personal, efficient service to the clients who are based both locally and further afield. The caseload is interesting and varied encompassing a broad range of work: Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases; Help to Buy purchases; New leases; Lease extensions; Mortgages and re-mortgages; Estate development, with many of their clients having enjoyed a long relationship with the firm over the years, affording a steady pipeline of instructions. You will enjoy getting yourself out there and meeting local estate agents, building your own relationships.
You will take responsibility for managing a small team made up of two experienced secretaries, a post completion clerk and a paralegal. The firm uses a bespoke residential conveyancing system, but this is a traditional conveyancing role where you will meet your clients. The firm is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
