A highly regarded firm in South Manchester, which is known for putting emphasis on training and development, is looking for exceptional graduates to become a part of the residential property department.
My client is a large and well established regional practice with a strong presence within the residential conveyancing market both in the North West and further afield. It has a history of offering graduates excellent training within residential conveyancing and offering strong career progression opportunities.
The role of conveyancing trainee will involve assisting on various parts of the conveyancing process and working with highly experienced solicitors and fee earners. The role has been designed with progression in mind, with the view to training successful candidates to become fully fledged fee earners handling their own case load.
The ideal candidate for the position will have at least a 2:1 law degree and a consistently high academic background. You will be able to demonstrate skills gained from valuable work experience, and any study of property law will be an asset to your application. This role is also open to conveyancing assistants who are keen to join a firm which offers fantastic career opportunities and benefits from a highly organised internal structure.
