A Property Litigation Lawyer is required by a long established but progressive boutique law firm with national clients.
Acting for a wide range of commercial, private and public sector clients their litigation practice has a strong reputation both locally and further afield. As a result of planned expansion they now seek a Lawyer with at least 1 years’ PQE to take over an existing caseload as well as develop relationships with new clients and to be actively involved in business development of the department moving forward.
The successful candidate will work alongside the commercial litigation partner, 3 solicitors and support staff and be able to offer a broad Property litigation background.
The role spans across all contentious aspects of property related litigation for both commercial and residential clients. Typical work areas include, Management company and managing agent advice, possession claims / forfeiture proceedings, rent and service charge arrears claims, service charge disputes – reasonableness of etc, nuisance claims, trespass claims, boundary disputes, easement disputes (rights of way etc.), covenant disputes, contentious landlord and tenant advice, land Registry/Property Tribunal applications – principally adverse possession & rectification of register, business lease renewal claims, dilapidation claims, rights of light disputes, enfranchisement claims and lease extensions
