Duties include:

• Managing inbound calls and assisting clients efficiently
• Respond to client queries and provide updates and advice in a professional manner, via email and telephone
• compile witness statements, court documentation and letters as required
• Generate client correspondence
• Record all client and third party contact accurately and update client files
• Assisting team members with their work as and when required
