Administrative Assistant. 
 
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an administration assistant to join a large, well-established law firm based in Birmingham city centre. This friendly, down to earth law firm is looking for an administration assistant to join their built environment department on a full time, permanent basis. 
 
Based in the centre of Birmingham, your key duties in this administration assistant role will include:
  • Providing key support and assistance to the team in the residential development sector
  • Helping with a variety of both complex and routine work for housing association clients
  • Supporting a number of fee earners in the team, obtaining Land Registry documents, file closing, updating client records, scanning, photocopying and general admin duties
In order to be successful for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, be a strong team player and previous experience working as an administration assistant within a similar role would be beneficial.
