Residential Conveyancer - Battle, Sussex
A top regional firm is seeking an experience Residential Conveyancer to join their rapidly expanding team in Battle, Sussex. You will be an experience Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years experience handling a case load of approximately 80 Residential Conveyancing files from inception to completion. You will have experience dealing with Freehold sales and purchases, Leaseholds, Lease Extension, Transfer of Equity, Staircasing, Remortgages. Experience in New Builds and Plot Sales is highly desireable but not a requirement. Business development and marketing skills are also highly attractive to my client.
My client is well known in Battle, Sussex area and attracts a lot business from local estate agents and other referral sources. The firm is committed to finding their partners of the future and is looking for someone who is committed to the firm on a long term basis and has aspirations to be its future leader. In return for your hard work you will be paid a highly competitive salary and receive a generous benefits package.
It is essential that you live within a reasonable commuting distance of Battle, Sussex no more than approximately 45 minutes as my client wants someone who is likely to stay with the firm for the long term.
