Global pharmaceutical company now seeks a Legal and/or Senior Legal Counsel to support their established EMEA legal team.
The role requires a commercial lawyer to work on a broad range of matters specifically drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements. The role will also support on wider issues covering compliance and contentious matters, GDPR project and working with third parties and will also be responsible for instructing and managing outside counsel.
You will be a qualified in-house or private practice lawyer with a broad commercial experience, ideally but not essentially with existing healthcare experience and privacy/GDPR experience. You will also be a strong communicator and have the ability to work across all levels of a matrixed organisation.
