We are currently seeking a highly skilled practice manager to join a prestigious Law firm based in London.
The role will involve monitoring performance of all the firms associates and support staff, observing billing targets within the firm on a consistent basis and dealing with any issues arising as well as assisting with business development for the firm.
Further duties will include supporting the partners with compliance matters (COLP & COFA SRA) and identifying changes required, attending monthly partner meetings and assisting with developing strategy for the firm. You will also be responsible for gathering and submitting Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 entries for the firm in good time on an annual basis.
The successful candidate will have worked as a Practice Manager within a law firm. You will have great enthusiasm and have the ability to work to tight deadlines within a pressurised environment.
Attention to detail and productive communications skills are essential.
