An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's largest real estate practices based in Cheltenham.

Our client is a well-established, international law firm based in Cheltenham, and is now looking to recruit an additional paralegal to join its real estate department. The firm is constantly growing, and is now looking for an experienced real estate paralegal to provide support to the property team. 

You will assist the team in both Residential and Commercial Property transactions. You will assist with anything from taking new instructions, applying for and reviewing searches, liaising with third parties, updating clients, SDLT submissions and Land Registry matters.

In order to be successful for this real estate paralegal role, you must have experience working within a similar role, be comfortably assisting a caseload, be able to work under pressure, both individually and as a team, along with a can do attitude.
