ARABIC SPEAKING ADMINISTRATOR - US LAW FIRM !
Fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic candidate who has a good administrative background and is a fluent ARABIC SPEAKER.
Joining this small but highly successful London office of a major US law firm, you will be allocated to an extremely busy and demanding Partner who is one of the highest producing fee earners for the firm - with your remit to supporting him in every way with caseloads.
Candidates should have excellent all round background within an office environment as your daily duties will involve everything from typing correspondence and reports, organising heavy meeting schedules, liaising with clients, research, proofreading, opening and closing of files and all administration connected to caseloads.
You should have the ability to translate well from English to Arabic and vice versa as well as having outstanding communication and organisational skills.
You will also help out around the firm as it is a small team - from billing, to covering reception and running errands for the fee earners.
The role will involve attending meetings along with the Partner, so candidates should be well presented and have the confidence and poise to deal directly with clients.
